10. Right to return
All items purchased from SarIBS - Sardinia Internet Book Store are subject to the terms of
Italian Legislative Decree No. 206, issued in September 2005,
on the right to return products. This decree entitled the consumer to return products to the retailer and to be reimbursed for them.
The right to return applies to consumers only - i.e. retailers and any other parties who purchase items in order to re-sell them to third parties are excluded.

As per the terms of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206, the customer can exercise his or her right to withdraw from the purchasing
contract by sending a registered letter to that effect giving 10 days' notice.

The customer may send an e-mail, giving the same notice period, to
customercare@saribs.it
or a fax to , on condition that the content of the e-mail or fax is confirmed by registered letter within 48 hours of sending the e-mail or fax.

The customer must also pay any customs charges relating to the return within 15 working days (the date of sending shall be taken to be that shown on the postmark).
There is no penalty for withdrawing from the contract, and the only costs for which the customer is liable are those for the return of the item(s).
The original shipping costs are covered by SarIBS - Sardinia Internet Book Store.
No cash-on delivery or carriage forward consignments will be accepted.

The item(s) must be accompanied by fiscal or transport documents.
Once you have informed SarIBS - Sardinia Internet Book Store of your intention to return the item(s), please follow these instructions:
- Item(s) returned due to defect
SarIBS - Sardinia Internet Book Store shall cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

- Item(s) returned because the customer is exercising his or her right to return
the customer is liable for the cost of sending the item back to RR Orafi, as per the procedure set out above.
Any customer using one of the returns procedures indicated above is entitled to a reimbursement (or replacement, if preferred). The reimbursement will be made within 30 days of the return of the item(s).
If the customer paid by credit card or bank transfer, we will cancel the transaction and reimburse the amount paid by card or bank transfer. If reimbursement by bank transfer is the preferred option, the customer must supply the details of the bank account (IBAN code) to which the reimbursement is to be sent.
